Manawaca is the one-man company of Carel Nobbe.
Carel successfully completed two master studies. One in the Netherlands as landscape ecologist at the Radboud University www.RU.nl. And a second master as a political scientist at the international institute CIFE www.cife.com. Carel has worked 35 years for different organizations. In (semi) governmental organizations for as well national, provincial, regional and local institutions. And for the water authorities in functions as programmanager and as part of the board. He worked also for private organizations in managerial positions and project- and programmanagement and in more commercial functions.
